      Flexible PTO/WFH Transparent leadership Fast-moving space A lot of ownership & a startup vibe despite global footprint under Flutter Ent. Great work/life balance

      Pros

      The people there are really nice and it’s a solid culture, bcuz my role was the only commission based role in the company, my pay was very solid

      Cons

      There’s not a lot of internal communication and the career growth aspect can be frustrating at times, also yearly bonus payouts were very low and it was a maximum of 4% across the company, wasn’t set up to be a sales company but the lack of consistent sales coaching and growth was a bummer

      Pros

      As industry standards go, you get a good work life balance with adequate benefits. However, the toxicity from management, colleagues, and the fact that they favor the tiny percentage of women to get away with everything is annoying. I get that it’s a male dominated industry but really, stop ogling anyone with breasts and a butt and be more professional

      Cons

      Management issues with unprofessional work culture makes this a toxic place. Lots of co workers get drunk after work as a “team building” excuse to go out
