Relaxed company culture with "family" feel! Everyone truly enjoys their role and we are all here for the common goal!

Cons

Small, startup, growing companies are sometimes hard to define career paths in----definitely something they are working on, though!

- Company culture is laid-back and down to earth but everyone pulls their weight. - Management is involved and invested in the company - Room to advance career and grow with the company - Great perks & benefits - Co-workers are nice and fun to be around, willing to help whenever it is needed and able to voice concerns without feeling push-back

Cons

- Meetings are often too long and don't stay on track (lack of communication on actual topic of meeting) - Still working out operations and process issues (i.e. who does what if a certain situation happens)

I have been at SI for a year and a half now, and times were rocky for awhile, as you can read in previous reviews. However, major upper management changes have taken place (read new upper management), and the future is very bright. The people I work with are smart, passionate, and motivated. You will be treated with respect, and given a great deal of responsibility. You will learn a lot and be expected to contribute in many different areas, which is great. SI is also a fun place to work. We know how to wind down (darts, ping pong, beer) and celebrate our victories. The new management is focused on creating a great culture to work in. The office is sweet. Things are looking up.

Cons

If you are looking for a job where every day is the same and you can go home every night and shut down, this might not be the place for you. Change is frequent, but the people here accept it. Your ideas for improving things are welcomed. Don't expect everything to be handed to you..
