Pros

Trendy office building in the crossroads district. Great technology stack (although it's changing)

Cons

Over 15 employees have left the company in less than a year, for reasons mentioned in this review, and all the other negative (real) reviews. This place is full of disappointment and lies. Promised salary increases, bonuses, stock options, you name it, whatever it takes to get you to put in extra hours, but you will never see a dime or any recognition for that matter, just the blame when things don't go as expected. The company website preaches company culture, values, and product features that simply don't exist. Senior management refers to employees as "cards" rather than their name (remember this is a 20-or-so person company). They spend hours speaking vision and ideas, but no care for execution. They aren't even involved in the product development cycle. "You are not selling your clients a product, you are selling a vision." they would say. This has worked very well, 3 years, no clients, just major employee turnover. Senior management also brings on family members into positions they are by no means qualified for. Just a bunch of misguided ideas and no willingness to reason with others.

Pros

SI had tons of potential - it is a young, fun, creative team full of hard workers with great ideas. The product line is interesting and engaging. And before too long, they'll be working in a brand spankin' new office building right in the heart of downtown. In theory, it sounds awesome - work all day on mobile apps that will be used by millions of sports fans and hang out at P&L at night.

Cons

Ah, but as with most things in life, there's a catch - this organization is ran by some of the worst leaders in the Midwest. Expect long hours, little to no guidance, and managers who attempt to cover up their own incompetence by berating other team members. This company has been in business almost two years and barely has a single paying client. Don't waste your time here - I doubt this company will survive another year.
