All of the employees are incredibly talented and knowledgeable and are willing to help others. You get an opportunity to really be creative and for your opinions to be heard and valued. Leadership is very energetic and supportive. They work with you to help you reach your professional goals. Great work/life balance.

Nice office space provided by WeWork. Lots of great complimentary coffee. That is the most positive thing I have to say about the company.

Cons

Absolutely toxic environment. Absolutely zero management. If you choose to ignore this warning, expect to be under a microscope from day 1 and expect to be held accountable for responsibilities that have not been clearly communicated. Also, be prepared to take responsibility for a poorly maintained system, regardless of your role. Oh, also, this company is a failed startup (as in never made a profit after 7 years) that only exists because it is bank-rolled by a Cerner founder. Wish I had researched more before I signed on.
