I loved the culture. Every single person there was brilliant and I loved how everyone was willing to teach each other. Many solutions were discovered on the development side around the capabilities of the system while still meeting client needs. Benefits were pretty solid.

Cons

FTS had a hard time deciding strategies around our client needs and how teams should be structured. I felt like they finally got on a good track in 2019 when they clearly identified products and formed teams around those. Unfortunately our new development didn't always seem to take off and was at times never fully implemented for clients, which caused employees to feel like their work wasn't always valuable. Working at FTS always seemed to be a risk because it is a small company that hasn't been profitable and there was high turnover regularly along with some other big impacts that were discouraging for the employees.

- Fun, laid back environment. - Small company size so your voice is heard and you can easily make a difference. - Challenging work with interesting problems to solve. - Lots of learning opportunities. - Fun perks such as tickets to Sporting or Mavericks game.

Cons

We could use more standards around process. I hope to personally help tackle this problem this year.
