Pros

Unlimited PTO, which can be a pro if you have a good manager.

Cons

1. Leadership in the Betting & Gaming division lacks professionalism, sound judgment, and experience managing teams effectively. 2. Certain managers create disorganized teams with little oversight and loose large parts of teams, while remaining employees are left handling excess work without HR actually doing anything about it. HRPBs are not even aware enough to address questions around this issue in meetings. 3. HR often ignores complaints and fails to address bullying, favoritism, or exclusion. High turnover and the loss of senior employees have significantly reduced team stability and institutional knowledge. 4 Workplace culture includes favoritism, politics, backstabbing, and instances of sexism, racism, and nepotism that leadership does not adequately address. 5. Employees frequently perform work above their level without promotion or pay adjustment. Compensation is below market despite heavy workloads and chronic understaffing. 6. Tech debt is ignored until major failures occur. Engineering teams are severely understaffed due to repeated layoffs, and burnout is common with poor on-call support and little work-life balance. There constant SEV-1 issues and everything is on fire all the time.
