Free snacks and benefits, but burnout is rife

Pros

- Free tea/coffee/snacks - Medical/dental insurance - Staff sales

Cons

- Not protecting employees from burnout (a 3 hour workshop doesn’t change anything) - Continuous UNPAID out of hours work expected, told to take ‘time back’ when teams are already under resourced - ‘Run like a start up’ this is the words of the former CPO, BUT it’s a billion dollar company? - Pay across many departments doesn’t reflect industry standard (a lot of hard workers on just above minimum wage) - If you want a life outside of work, especially if you have kids. Do NOT work here.
