      Pros

      The people I met and worked with over the years were hands down the best part of the job—there are some truly amazing employees here. I’m sure there are pockets of teams that operate really well. Unfortunately, I wasn’t in one of them, but I could see the potential for it to be.

      Cons

      Toxic environment. The compensation structure didn’t exist, and no one cared enough to build one. HR was useless for years, and the leadership team I worked with often let things slide without any follow-up or accountability. The potential for growth is basically nonexistent, even if you’re a strong employee. Roles are unclear, workloads are unrealistic, and while there’s plenty of talk, there’s rarely any action.

      Discount on all the cheap products they sell

      Cons

      The leadership does regular town halls, and for years they have said we are looking into going public. 9 years later they are not public which means if they gave you RSU to not have to reward you with actual dollars, they pocket that money that is in the RSU and you don't make interest off that dollar amount and you can't cash it in. So the company is making money and not you.

      Bad Culture, Poor work life balance, Lot of politics in FBG, lot of stress. asked to be on call without any support into my 3rd month of employment.
