      - Decent pay and work life balance - Plenty of PTO

      Cons

      - Fanatics is NOT an engineering company. The tech is stuck in the 2010s and leadership doesn't have a clue how to modernize anything. - No one in management/leadership has any business serving in that role. The companies made so many colossal mistakes over the years it's hard to keep count.

      40% product discounts, casual attire in office, and good health benefits

      Cons

      So much favoritism and nepotism, the director of accounting is a super micromanager and does not care about you. The work life balance is awful. You can have so many years of good experience and just because you don't have an accounting degree, you can't grow in any way. I'm currently salary based and I get all my work and projects done on time but they throw a fit if you don't come in on time or leave early. Makes no sense. Avoid this company!
