Unlimited DTO, great direct supervisor

Cons

The company laid off entire departments with no cause and no concern giving all displaced employees very little payment for displacement. Working through so many different systems and integration with the continued growth constantly playing catch up but still making sales needed doesn't guarantee job security as they continue to grow they cut people with no care and then cut more trying to look attractive to public offerings.
