The management is all over the place. It is a reactive place, instead of a proactive place. The management could careless about the employees or the conditions they have to work in both physical and mental as long as their work get done. A lot of the so called leadership are abusive and disrespectful. No matter how hard you work or try to be a model employee your only rewarded if you “kiss up” and feed the egos of these people that only care about bossing someone around. And this is on top of working in severe heat or cold.

Worked at fan services. All of the directors are rude. Especially workforce and operations. HR writes positive descriptions on here to make it look like a good place to work.
