Fanatics offers an ambitious, dynamic, and caring environment. They provide leaders the latitude and trust to make meaningful contributions from our past experience of knowledge, skills and abilities to help guide the direction we take in a fast moving, ever changing environment. Incredible work life balance.

Cons

As a relatively new company using relatively new technology in a relatively new business model - there are many opportunities to dive in and make a meaningful contribution. Prioritizing projects and leveraging the right partners and networking with key stakeholders is critical to keep up and be successful in this company.

The managers are so unaware of what's going on you'll probably never get in trouble if you're late.

Cons

Bad culture, so much turn around, just a very negative place to work. There was no work life balance.
