Business Outlook

Pros

-working in sports -friendly coworkers -slow periods in the summer

Cons

-Awful leadership starting at the top. Total hypocrisy and double standards across the board -few opportunities to grow and develop in your career -No transparency on any short term or long term plans for the company -almost no raises or promotions with any consistency -long days during peak season, expected to be in the office while leaders get to work remotely -terrible customer service for customers, also terrible for employees -middle management micro manages and doesn’t help employees develop -zero effort to improve the public perception of the company’s image, continued low quality product at higher prices

funky company culture

Pros

good/avg pay; the office environment is lax and if you are into sports this is the place for you.

Cons

The company culture here is work until you drop. Unlimited PTO is a scam, no one takes time off and if you do you are looked down upon for wanting to miss work. Peak season never ends. Ever. Lunch is catered on M/W/F but the scam here is no one in the entire office takes a lunch break because of it, and you are just expected to work through the day which is pretty toxic. The job is supposed to be 8-4 but if you leave at 4 you are looked down upon, expectation is still 5pm. The company doesn't appreciate you, there is no welcome gift when you join, or holiday gift at the end of year. Your bonus is determined by your manager if you qualify, and raises are scarce. Growth is limited, people have been in the same positions for years. And on top of it all, the company switched from Hybrid to fully in person, 5 days a week.

Pros

Growing company. They will keep you plenty busy.

Cons

Witch hunt culture. Hitting KPI's is viewed as life or death on a daily basis.
