      Great brands, excellent products great upsides promising future

      Cons

      Senior leaders in high level financial roles within the Commerce business unit have no idea what are they doing, not professional, lack of leadership, lack of appreciation, and no experience on how to lead or run a business. Not paying well for the amount of work is being asked. Zero respect for people.

      Smart engineers and just a fun overall vibe to be part of the sports industry. Offices give free food and are really nice.

      Cons

      Proceed with caution: The culture can be very toxic ... leadership is insincere ... nepotism is a major issue ... layoffs are common in tech but these seriously raise eyebrows ... speaking up or being different makes you a target.
