You sometimes win free items through competitions they run

Cons

The management was very unprofessional. All you can hear whilst working is them talking negatively about staff and customers. You do NOT get paid enough for the amount of work you are required to do. Fanatics runs customer service for major sports clubs all over the world and you need to work on them all at once for minimum wage. They fire numerous people at a time for the smallest things that are not important, such as not wanting to move office as they have two. The only manager I liked was the actual manager, she was nice.
