Pros

There aren't many pros. I guess a free lunch once a week is nice.

Cons

There is no work life balance. You will be expected to work as much as your manager for half the pay. The hours are inconcistent. You're voice will be heard but not listened to.

Pros

Fanatics is on the verge of becoming an upcoming entertainment powehouse. Being on the precipice of opportunities can be invorgiating. You are given the ability to provide solutions and to think creatively to improve quality of work. Work challenges can be rewarding.

Cons

Work Life Balance is non existent. DTO is a false benefit that no one can truly use. You'll be expected to work around the clock. The biggest downside is their culture is not uniform amongst various groups. While the team pushes D&I initiatives through a series of groups and programs, inclusion and diversity of thought are not practiced from the top leaders down. The upper HR team is not focused on people culture and embracing diversity. They single anyone out and retaliate against any team member that thinks differently than them. There is never clear guidance on Uniform policy and directions change on a whim. The turnover on the operations HR team is about 100% every year, however no one thinks to question why and pivot to being an employer of choice. They need to do a better job of supporting their people and holding leaders accountable for not being aligned with their D&I mindset.

Pros

Incredible group of talented art staff

Cons

Company touts family "culture", but is cliquish and run by corporate executives more interested in profits than employees. Constant fear of multiple waves of layoffs. Poor communication from HR. Pays below industry standard. Open floor plan removes working privacy and stifles creativity. Manufacturing sub par products made company laughing stock online and at retail multiple times.
