Pros

This company is constantly expanding and acquiring new business every month. There are rooms to grow outside of my department which is encouraging if that's a direction you want to go. This position finally became remote. If you're looking to do customer service it's not that bad of a role.

Cons

This job was not social media based at all. It's basically customer service and we were lied to about that when we signed on. There is no growth in this position. Your only growth is to a Team Lead or a supervisor but those supervisors are older and aren't going anywhere anytime soon. They also haven't opened up TL for a year. Your only growth is switching departments. Every couple of months they fill our ears with talk of growth and actually doing marketing and it never happens. A bunch of beating around the bush and deflecting. Took tooth and nail to get this company to send us remote. There are no raises or incentive based bonuses. Our team constantly exceeds our goals but it's just a 50 cent fixed raise every 6 months with no incentive to work hard. Super mundane and boring job for someone young. More than half of our team has quit or been fired since I've came on and I am constantly looking for other jobs.

Pros

Unlimited Time Off and Employee Discount

Cons

Long hours for little pay, by far below the national average in most positions. Management is overbearing, contacts you on weekends, insists you send a PDF to them instead of the excel file because they can't open it on the golf course on a Saturday. It's a good ole boys club and they don't strive for any diversity in the top positions. Toxic work environment in middle management where if they don't like you or you try and pitch ideas that don't match what they want they tell you that you aren't a team player.

Pros

Monopoly. Government won’t shut down or break apart.

Cons

They pay extremely unfair relocation packages. One girl got $17,000 from Tennessee and some guy only got $5,000. Wow! Watch your back, people stab you. Drugs in parking lot Recruiters lie. Cheat and steal. Also they have unsafe roller chair competitions in the office Leaders claim “$20 an hour is unbelievable for overnight in OH” when they make $80,000/$90,000 a year. Unbelievable $20 an hour X 2080 hours = $41,600 without taxes. Unbelievable company. Nothing but fraud to everyday consumer. Shut down Bulls Bay, pays $500,000,000.00 for TOPPS and lays off regular people to fatten pockets for relocation packages of $17,000. What a trip.
