Pros

For a mature company that's been in existence for 15 years, it's got the vibe of a startup. Leadership has a solid vision of growth and is making a lot of smart moves with acquisitions and new partnerships. Tech stack is current and lots of opportunities to work on cutting edge projects with huge partners. Fun place to work, culture is great, people are smart. Lots of little perks (great food/flexible hours/Summer Fridays/etc).

Cons

With the recent acquisitions, there are some growing pains in bringing offices together and sorting through HR, but mostly to be expected.

Pros

If you enjoy entertainment and thrive in a fast and chaotic atmosphere without the presence of any HR, this is perfect for you. You'll work with a lot of smart people, learn a ton, but will have to deal with many egos and unnecessary drama a long the way. Managers will constantly try to pit you against each other to boost their own cause and create unnecessary drama and extra work. Free lunches, snacks and movie tickets will not always compensate for the hostile environment.

Cons

There is absolutely no HR management present. They have a team of kids handling the necessary paperwork, but no real process in place for looking out for their employees. They make it known that they don't invest in their employees and would much rather replace people than provide any direction or training. The corporate culture is to instill fear in the employees. You can be fired or replaced at any minute, without any warning. The exec team is made up of a group of smart men with very strong opinions, which don't usually align with each other. You'll often get direction from one manager that is completely opposite with the direction you get from another on the exact same thing, that is if you even get any direction at all.
