Pros

Fandango is a tech company with a creative flare. It makes working here very interesting! Many of the teams work together so no matter what division you work in, you have the opportunity to work with other groups. You're offered various opportunities for training, coaching, and advancement. I feel incredibly supported in my career path. There are also a ton of perks. The kitchen is STOCKED...tons of different coffee, tea, soda, snack options. Lunch is catered twice a week. You get free movie tickets. You're 4 miles from the beach. I've made some incredible friendships while working here.

Cons

Growing pains in a company that is scaling can be stressful, but fairly endurable. Corporate red tape can be a bit much.

Pros

Good for your resume, excellent experience in dealing with toxic coworkers, teaches you how to deal with a high stress/high pressure/high turnover environment.

Cons

Low salaries, awful raises, no bonuses, high turnover, all the nice people left, senior staff will lie to your face.

Pros

Such kind and fun co-workers and bosses! The company has catering twice a week, clean and spacious facilities, and I love that the company isn't too big. The current president of the company is charismatic and so enthusiastic too! Love working here, even though I'm just a contract employee.

Cons

The only con I can think of is that NBC Universal won't give the contractors free tickets to Universal Studios, ha ha!
