Pros

Company compensation was once great, but other businesses has increased their employee pay as competition because stronger for talented engineers on the west side.

Cons

Our upper management hasn't found a clear direction for the company since the addition of Paul Yanover a few years ago.

Pros

None. The first time I ever worked at a company where I had no confidence in my direct manager or upper management.

Cons

Everything. I worked as a dev and I never felt they were open to moving forward with technology. The managers aren't willing to learn things they are unfamilar with, so they keep using their dated technology stack. Turnover started increasing with the new Disney management.

Pros

- Pretty good Work/Life balance - People are friendly and easy to work with - Some nice perks (vouchers for movie tickets, catered lunches 2x a week, company activities) - Competitive compensation - Really really good tech team

Cons

- No bonus structure - Conflicting ideas for what the company should be within the organization - Not the fastest moving / innovative of companies
