- Fun working on movie stuff - Decent benefits like 401k matching, health insurance - Job stability through Covid - At points the job has been "coasting" and not too stressful

Cons

- Some of the most inexperienced and inept managers I've ever encountered - "Talking down" to BIPOC; lack of respect and empathy - A lot of time wasted making PowerPoint presentations vs actually doing work that drives $$
