Pros

Some super nice folks, household family brand name, fun subject matter, decent reputation.

Cons

Too few opportunities, corporate cronyism, hr and recruiters were odd. Intense and competitive. Mixed results depending on which manager you're assigned to, can make or break your experience. Lots of turnover and short notice quitting. No bonus structure. No raises. Some employees get stock options others do not. Some employees get cush severance, others do not. Other bizarre stuff like they sold customer info and enrolled them in recurring cc charges and got a class action lawsuit. Witnessed lots of manipulation of younger employees. Some bad stuff but feel like it's pretty normal at most companies. Like to string people along. Empty promises. No real reason to work there unless you are desperate.

Pros

Was a great place to work. Great product and environment. Company made great hires and morale was high.

Cons

After hiring Paul Yanover to run Fandango the moral went down. Company became fragmented and lost its enthusiasm and identity. Became like any other mediocre company .Bad hiring and restructure has ruined what it was.

Pros

Good for your resume, excellent experience in dealing with toxic coworkers, teaches you how to deal with a high stress/high pressure/high turnover environment.

Cons

Low salaries, awful raises, no bonuses, high turnover, all the nice people left, senior staff will lie to your face.
