Pros

Good overall culture, stabile environment (part of Comcast/NBC Universal). Good work life balance. Lunch provided 2x a week pre-pandemic, free food/snacks/coffee in the office. Free movies and rentals are a nice bonus. Consider Fandango as a nice pit-stop in your career.

Cons

Very limited advancement opportunities. If you're looking for a company to grow your career, this is not the place for you. They will hire externally before promoting you and you can kiss any dreams of a raise goodbye. Most people leave Fandango between the 2nd-3rd year of tenureship because of this.

Pros

Pretty stable place to work backed by NBC Universal and Comcast. Work life balance can be managed if you are an organized person. There are multiple teams that you can work for.

Cons

Growth track seems confusing. Being that it is a huge company there can be improvement on communication but overall no cons.
