      Pros

      Great support to charity and associated time off, great benefits, lots of opportunities to move around, eager to improve on the diversity front

      Cons

      In IT, extremely hard to move up (compared to the Business). Lots of politics but this plagues every organization. Does not embrace remote work (support depends a lot on your boss).
