Pros

The response to BLM protests in June 2020 and to the pandemic has been exceptional. Compassion, patience and generosity with half-day Fridays has been a lifeline in these times.

Cons

No raises and small bonuses in recent years. Many people leave due to pay. A lot of variance in management. Pace of work is slow. Cafeteria sucks. Unclear promotion cycles.

Pros

Salary, Medical Benefits, 401(k) match

Cons

Mgmt is only there to suck up to the next level of management. Employees are disposable.
