      +Flexible work hours/arrangements depending on team +Leadership who seem to actually care/listen +Awesome and Impactful Mission +PTO, Vacation, Sick days +Wonderful, talented teammates +Diverse and inclusive company and culture +Tons of training opportunities

      Cons

      -Legacy tech (working hard to phase these systems out) -Convoluted Middle Management -Old-school leadership culture in some parts of the technology space -Reorgs happen frequently and without much communication

      Corporate failure - Heading in the wrong direction

      -Office location and building -Work / life balance

      Cons

      -A lot of turnover! 4 Senior Executives have left in the last month (Oct to Nov) - very alarming! -Another big corporation heading down the wrong corporate culture track -Mid managers / Directors have little oversight and direct a lot of decisions without approval -Fannie Mae respects smart people from the outside however doesn't take the word or guidance -Recently demoted the entire organization in job titles and decreased pay

      The CEO and President are genuine. The mission, vision, salary, and benefits are excellent.

      Cons

      Just like any place (which they say they are not) it's about playing the politics and who you are in good with. They protect the “chosen” few and the rest are expected to accept status quo or be exited out when asked to be included.
