Pros

9-5 generally with decent work-life balance.

Cons

Highly bureaucratic and serious lack of transparency from top down. Middle management in many cases lacks skills necessary to effectively lead teams. Need to look out for yourself; not clear to employees how to be promoted or advance your career here.

Pros

Few teams seem to be structured well and generally people are nice

Cons

People don't care to respond to you or make time for you which can include your manager as well cancelling meetings on you constantly. Company culture can easily have groups of people who have to work with eachother siloed off and no communicating effectively due to management issues
