Pros

Exceptional Benefit Plan: Multiple health plans to choose from. 401k plan with many funds to select. Very diversified, from low to high risk. Dental, Visioin, Life, Easy on line enrollment.

Cons

Would like the company to contribute towards dependent coverage as well as employee coverage.

Thank you for this suggestion. We take employee comments seriously, and will consider the options you have mentioned at our next benefits review meeting this summer.
