Cons

Most employees do not receive variable compensation bonus, leadership is very disorganized and makes it clear that they do not care about their employees, conditions of job and job description is constantly changing

Cons

Promotion of unqualified employees, still all about who you know for advancement rather than the work you do, they aren’t a tech company but think they are, some operations are a mess on the consumer side

Good pay and benefits with a generous 401k match.

Cons

The vibe went from extremely positive to extremely negative over a few short years. Nepotism was bad and is now out of control. Promotions are based on friendships and not talent. Management restructures staff often due to their own ineffective execution, then restructures again, impacting many people and their livelihoods.
