Pros

Great benefits and culture compensation. Compensation program is good. Lots of opportunity to advance and lots of good roles to stay in for the long haul with good earnings potential. New building is very nice. Servicing agriculture is very fulfilling.

Cons

Not many fully remote opportunities for those that would desire that. Despite this, there is good flexibility. Base pay is fair but could be higher for those with lower to mid-level tenure.
