Top level management is always changing the way things are done. No constant and always evolving. Lots of employee turnover

Farm credit is an amazing organization, I feel very fortunate to work here. Farm Credit truly cares about the employees. There are so many opportunities available for development and growth. I always feel supported by my leaders and peers. Anytime, I need coaching or guidance, there are so many mentors available. I have worked here for over 12 years and plan to work at Farm Credit all of my career. I am proud to be a part of such a wonderful company that is aligned with my values.

Cons

There is a lot of change currently. However, it is all to move our company in a positive direction. Changes are well thought out and clearly communicated.

When hiring they are very biased towards people with an Ag background, when they are just a financial services company.
