It is easy to take time off to tend to your family. Exceptional 401K match. Vacation time given upon starting. Three weeks vacation after 5 years.

Cons

Lack of management presence in the retail offices.

I have been so thrilled that every dollar I spend toward my health coverage is toward actual cost of our needs vs. the premiums I have paid in the past with very little use of the benefit.

Cons

I love it here. I can't imagine going elsewhere. I have seen what is outside and this is my favorite place EVER.
