Pros

Good salary and benefits offered if you can handle the stress. That is all I can say fancy trips for meetings...

Cons

Our office was very short staffed for the work expectations. One on one training as promised, so called "mentoring" never happened. Constantly threatened daily regarding work and misc issues...

Pros

Simply focused on doing the right thing every day. The right thing for its customers/stockholders, employees, and communities. Very refreshing. Very focused on preparing for the future and continued improvement.

Cons

Lots of change occurring. It is clearly for the best in my view. Nevertheless, some folks that have a hard time embracing change can become uncomfortable.
