Pros

Farm credit as a business is good. They have the customers at heart. For employees they have good benefits

Cons

Mediocre pay and awful management. Management values the old timers more than anyone else no matter the hardship that they put on the morale or even the business with the lack of keeping up with new processes which causes slow turnaround time and errors. The Owensboro office had several people leave at once, yet beyond going to several higher ups about the direct management, it was continued to be overlooked due to seniority.
