Great Place to work

Pros

Benefits, 401K, Great food (Cater in a lot)

Cons

Very Clicky....Like High School, Only the in-crowd gets the work-life balance and the yearly bonuses you are promised. The company's vice president sent out an email bragging about me for going above and beyond for a customer...I still did not receive a bonus and lost my job because of 1 girl. One girl did not want to know me, but she was my new boss. I had all great reviews (first 2 1/2 years with the company). Then when she was my boss, she counted things against me that was out of my control. She knew she was being unfair, but she wanted me gone.

A Different Place to Work

Pros

If you've been working anywhere - public or private sector - and you're looking for a place that finally lives up to taking care of its people, then come join Farm Credit. When you're ready to work with teams of people instead of scrambling for resources, when you want to know you can take care of your family and their future needs, and when you want to be able to finally separate work from home life then check out Farm Credit.

Cons

If you would rather work from home full-time then this won't fit you. I enjoy coming to the office even after being remote for two years. It's hard to build the relationships that drive this company by sitting behind a screen at home.
