When I initially started with the company, the culture was amazing. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case.
Cons
Farmers Insurance recently implemented significant structural changes aimed at enhancing efficiency and productivity. While the intent was positive, transitioning into a high-performance culture presented certain challenges. The increased emphasis on metrics and performance targets OFTEN led to higher pressure on employees, impacting team morale and work-life balance. While the new structure may have streamlined some processes, it TOO OFTEN resulted in diminished collaboration and increased competition internally.
