Pros

It's hard for me to think of a lot of pros for working there. When the pandemic hit the way they handled that and the WAH was good and very fair.

Cons

Management in a nutshell. They played favorites and those favorites changed from week to week. The management openly gossiped about other employees within hearing distance of other employees. There were those (in my area) that literally did not know their job yet were constantly patted on the back for doing anything. I do think that was just the management in the area that I worked in but I can't be sure. If you didn't have a college degree you were pretty worthless in their eyes. No matter your experience level or how long you had worked in the industry someone with a degree in book binding would go much further even if they weren't meant for the position.
