Pros

Close to home! They get paid off everyone they convince to get licensed and guess what, that 2k compensation goes to the branch manager who hired you and not you.

Cons

They made it look great that you are working for them. Paid monthly, no benefits, and very cheap Branch manager. There is nothing good about insurance agents. They pay for you to be licensed but they tell you when to take the test and don't give you much study material, go figure!
