Pros

Great place to meet and care for people

Cons

My boss wasn’t involved in helping with anything. He didn’t know much and wasn’t until being a part of helping. I worked there (his agency) for 6 years, he took more time off than any boss I’d ever had and fired me when I asked for a raise. (After 6?years with no raise) He took the open book test and had he missed 1 more question he would have failed it!
