Pros

Great benefits, open to work at home.

Cons

Farmers Structure isn't great and their way of handling progression through the company is not clear. In my first year at Farmers I was rated a 5 ( on a 1 - 5 rating) and was passed up for a promotion because someone else had seniority on me (by 3 months) and who I confirmed was rated lower than I was.

Pros

Benefits are decent and annual bonus is nice but not guaranteed.

Cons

They look for ways to not give you your annual bonus. They say their pay is competitive for the industry but that is incorrect. There are unrealistic standards/goals which creates animosity and kills the culture of the company. Turn over is extremely high.
