High stress with meeting demand.

This company's relationship with their captive agency force in the commercial market is adversarial (as designed). Discretionary pricing is used to modify rates for competitive advantage, rather than to reward above-average risks. The company incentives agents to cut corners and tell half-truths (if not outright lies) while official policy is for the Underwriting team to protect the company's assets, but agents that complain to management frequently receive unfair treatment and advantages. It's despicable.
