Extremely high work load Handling only California claims while located in Arizona made estimates more difficult Seemed to be stories about employee behavior were fabricated/exaggerated to make certain employees seem more malfeasant than in reality when they were working up a case to no longer employ said employee. I personally saw this happen to three employees in my division before it happened to me. I only know of my situation, but it brought to light the three previously terminated employees to mind. Also, I don't know if I'm just not smart enough, but I don't know how I could have gained any unjust enrichment in my position, so the claims of shady behavior a) weren't true, and b) didn't make any sense nor provide any benefit to me for doing so. It was a very confusing time, and I've since moved on to bigger and better things in life. That being said, for those who can keep up with the workload and maintain their sanity and soul, it's a great job with awesome benefits. It just wasn't for me.

The training could be better
