Pros

Farmers does a great job of training you and creating a great atmosphere of people who are happy to support you when you learning the role of the job. Being able to help the people get their lives and property back togather leaves you with a good feeling. I also like Farmers because it is a company that not only allows people to advance within the company to other positions, but they are great at helping make sure that you are qualified for the posistion. If you are willing to learn and work hard then Farmers is a great company for you. Pay and benefits are pretty good as well.

Cons

If you want to work for Farmers you will probably need to be open to a variety of work schedules, and that could mean working nights or on the weekend.

Pros

-Decent pay for position. -Management is supportive and responsive. -Training is excellent. -Work environment is superior to other call-center type companies I have worked for. -Fellow employees are generally much more satisfied and upbeat than general call-center employees. -Room for career advancement. -Easy and generous tuition reimbursement program. -Pension Benefit plan and generous 401k matching. -Recent transition to less focus on AHT, and more on providing excellent quality. -Generous paid leave allowance.

Cons

-Medical plan is generally less generous than other call-center employers I have had. -Culture is more competetive than I find comfortable. -Weather related allowances are less generous than previous call-cdenter employers.

Pros

Management are great they connect to you on a daily basis. You feel valued and welcome as a employee. We get provided feed back good or bad. Great benefits for example, tuition reinburstment, 401K, great discounts. PTO offered as well. Also you are given the option to take extra courses and they give you a bonus when completed. To many great thing to list.

Cons

Cons would only be that you have to stay in the same position for at least one year.
