Training does not help with the role. There is a lot of information that is not provided. You are trained with general information and systems that do not correlate to your initial job. They make it seem like metrics at the beginning are not a major factor and learning the position is what is most important but that’s not the case. They let you believe you have time to learn the job first then meeting or exceeding metrics will come with time but that is false. I was originally hired on for one position and the day of training I was advised my role would be changing to something I did not agree upon. The managers have little to no communication skills as far as job performance goes. A lot of things the company expects us to just know instead of educating employees. The job is much more complex than they let you believe.

The completely has completely changed under the new CEO. No job security, no training department, heavy metric driven, unrealistic unexpectations, etc
