      Farmers is one of the best places I have ever worked. Company leadership is committed to development and training, and pay for performance. Work life balance is a plus, and leadership is honest and sincere.

      Pros

      The people and culture here are fantastic. I've been able to grow and change careers within the same company and have developed some of the most important relationships of my life with my co-workers. The benefits are impressive compared to many competing firms.

      Cons

      Like all large companies, the bureaucracy can be frustrating. Sometimes change is like trying to turn the Titanic.

      Pros

      Many opportunities throughout various business lines under one company. Keep your benefits and gain unlimited experience through job moves. Opportunity to participate in special projects and pilot initiatives. A company that is very involved with both local communities and nationwide charity events.

      Cons

      Slow to change with technology. Althought this helps control expenses it can also inhibit employees in providing superior customer experience.
