      Pros

      My experience thus far has been positive. I appreciate the training they offer, it is in great detail and they do really want you to know what you're doing and they help you through ever part of the job.

      Cons

      So far this position is quite stressfull. There is a ton of information in multiple apps and locations you cannot keep it all straight. So, you know you need an answer but you can't remember where to find the answer and you usually have a client on the phone holding. Now you can get help from people and they are ready and very able to assist, but you do feel very stressed.

      Pros

      Farmers does a great job of training you and creating a great atmosphere of people who are happy to support you when you learning the role of the job. Being able to help the people get their lives and property back togather leaves you with a good feeling. I also like Farmers because it is a company that not only allows people to advance within the company to other positions, but they are great at helping make sure that you are qualified for the posistion. If you are willing to learn and work hard then Farmers is a great company for you. Pay and benefits are pretty good as well.

      Cons

      If you want to work for Farmers you will probably need to be open to a variety of work schedules, and that could mean working nights or on the weekend.

      Pros

      Management are great they connect to you on a daily basis. You feel valued and welcome as a employee. We get provided feed back good or bad. Great benefits for example, tuition reinburstment, 401K, great discounts. PTO offered as well. Also you are given the option to take extra courses and they give you a bonus when completed. To many great thing to list.

      Cons

      Cons would only be that you have to stay in the same position for at least one year.
