      Pros

      I started as an intern with Farmers Insurance, summer before my Senior year of College. I created a great network of mentors and friends. Many of my mentors (upper management) became close friends of mine and even attended my graduation celebrations. After graduation they gave me a call about an opening and I came running back! I have been happy here and feel very fulfilled.

      Cons

      Some downsides would be the location, not easy access to the freeway. Also the overall culture is an older company culture, vs a new and upcoming company.
