Corporate focuses only on revenues, during the past year the client relations has gotten extremely poor and the company no longer focuses on their client, even worse Farmers don't care about their employees. Rather then empowering all their employees, they only care on top producers which the office that I worked at was ranked #4, they still did not care about anyone other then the Agent. Please note, the Agent does not do all the work, the staff does.

The training is 5 weeks of wasted time. They don't start teaching you the things you really need to know until after the 5 weeks and they make you come in to the office 2 to 3 times per week when you could be out getting things done. Systems are outdated. System only works on Internet Explorer 8.
