      Good pay raises, based on your performance Company Car for personal use, free gas. Laptop, phone and internet free. Bonus Lots of room for advancement Salary, plus overtime pay

      Great opportunities for advancement. Good communication. Real commitment to serving customers. Transparency in operation of company. Good products, and plenty of options.

      Cons

      Occasional micromanagement. Challenging to find good people to be loyal to the agency. Pay on the low end. Benefits limited.

      Just getting started - training and OJT support are great!!

      Pros

      Training program is excellent. Mentoring program is a great relief, you are not just thrown in after training in a "sink or swim" attitude. Rewards and Recognition seems to be slightly better than most other companies.Learning and Development is strongly encouraged as well as career pathing. Scheduling of core hours and abililty to flex time.

      Cons

      Claim work loads are crazy !!! -- but OT is welcomed. Moving to the floor from training is very frustrating. The desk are dirty, some computers work some don't you have to call IT yourself and make a ticket for something that should have been prepared for you - after 7 weeks of training - someone knew you were coming to the floor. Have the basic supply set up (calendar, pens, etc...). Set of the printer and some of the other applications that require a great deal of time.
