Cons
Zero accountability and required leadership skills in lower-level management/leadership. Poor pay compared to market, though claims "competitive pay" and review it "every 2 years"; over 70% of employees noted poor pay on the most recent employee survey. Doesn't practice what they preach, especially in terms of diversity, inclusion, or equity - at least from lower leadership. After attempting to report discrimination and WHILE waiting to hear back about an ADA accommodations request, was fired with only reason given "although you have 100% QA and above-average production/efficiency, you still struggle to receive feedback" for attempting to ask leader about requesting us to engage in unethical practices or questioning misrepresented documentation about conversations and meetings.
